Santomas Estate is coming to Pino Alpino

From Friday, June 13th to Sunday, June 15th, the spirit of Istria will fill our glasses, our plates, and even our cocktails.

We’re welcoming the team from Santomas Estate, who are bringing a fine selection of their wines. To mark the occasion, chef Maj Suhadolnik will create a special Istria-inspired tasting menu. At the same time, our sommelier Marko Maraš will offer not one, but two different wine pairings: one classic, one a touch more playful - both entirely built around Santomas wines.

And since no weekend is complete without a good cocktail, we’ll be mixing a few Mediterranean-inspired drinks too - you might even catch a note of Santomas olive oil in one or two of them.
