Newsletter Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

To thank our subscribers for following us, we organise a newsletter prize draw twice a year.

1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by Pino Alpino d.o.o., Borovška cesta 83, 4280 Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, registration number 8931950000 (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser).

2. Participation
All subscribers to the Pino Alpino newsletter are automatically entered into the draw. Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

3. Prize
The prize includes:

• an overnight stay for two people at Pino Alpino Hotel, including breakfast,
• a tasting menu for two with beverage pairing in our restaurant.

The prize can be redeemed only in October, November, April and May, depending on availability.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
Two draws are held each year. The winner will be selected at random from all active newsletter subscribers. The winner will be notified by email and will have seven (7) days to confirm acceptance of the prize and arrange a reservation with us. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected (the organiser is not obliged to do so).

5. Validity and Conditions
The prize is valid for one (1) year from the date the winner is notified. The prize cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for money or any other compensation. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value in case of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Data Protection
Personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and sending newsletters. The winner’s name will not be published or shared publicly without their explicit consent.
